Reservations & Deposits
A deposit of $300.00 is required to hold your requested date. One half of the rental fee is required at the time of the contract signing. The remaining balance of the rental fee is due no later than six months prior to the scheduled event. Any other applicable fees are due thirty days prior to the scheduled event. We accept checks (corporate or personal), Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Pricing
We offer flexible pricing options at Great Occasions, because we understand that your money and your guests' time is valuable. Whether you have an important daytime corporate meeting, an afternoon birthday party, or an elaborate evening wedding reception, we can accommodate you.
• Hourly rates are available for the meeting rooms.
• Daytime rates are available from 8:00am–3:00pm.
• Evening rates are available from 5:00pm–12:00am (midnight).
• All-day rates from 10:00am–10:00pm

Final Arrangements
